Initially, we had difficulty with opening the door, but the host quickly resolved the problem. the bed was slightly uncomfortable, and the soundproofing wasn't the best, allowing noise from traffic and pipes to be heard at night.

We had a fantastic stay at Al 19! the apartment is located in a great area with frequent and comfortable bus connections. the breakfast provided, including croissants, cakes, and pies, was delicious. the bed was very comfortable and the natural light from the window created a pleasant atmosphere. the bathroom was beautifully designed and the shower, although slightly below expectations, still provided ample hot water. the host was friendly and explained everything to us upon arrival. Despite the internet being a bit slow, it was still functional. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay at Al 19 again if we return to Turin. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like! 🌟.
